Our History

In March 2020, Beau and Courtney Bukowski embarked on a new journey by establishing B Co Roofing and Construction, LLC. Drawing upon Beau's two decades of experience in commercial roofing, they envisioned a company that would not only provide top-quality construction services but also prioritize the values of family and community.

Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our customers by providing exceptional service and quality workmanship.

Our Team

Beau Bukowski

With 20 years of roofing and construction experience, Beau serves as the Vice President of Operations.

Prior to establishing B Co Roofing and Construction, Beau served as the Operations Manager for a San Antonio-based roofing company for 9 years and worked as a Roof Consultant for 6 years prior.

Beau holds multiple certifications, including OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors, and a Registered Roof Observer through the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants. He has gained extensive experience in roof design, particularly in the areas of schools, prisons, and retail/industrial centers. Beau was also a member of the design team for the Anheuser-Busch St. Louis and Houston breweries.

Courtney Bukowski

Courtney serves as Chief Executive Officer for B Co Roofing and Construction, LLC. With a business degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, she harnesses her 6 years of insurance knowledge and 16 years in the non-profit industry to ensure that Beau has all the necessary resources and support to effectively manage the company's operations.
